How do the 12-week running programs work?

Once you have purchased your 12-week 10K running program, you will receive a weekly running program, which is sent to you once a week from the time you make your purchase.

  • 7 day running program sent weekly
  • Your 10K running plan is split into three different 'Blocks' of training
  • Every block of training includes an explainer video from me, going through how each Block of training works.

Some things to keep in mind when buying a 10K running program

  • Pick the right 10K running plan for you! You should be fairly close to the time goal of your program - otherwise the program will be too hard for you!
  • Be sure to enter your email address correctly! This is how you get your weekly running plans.
  • Sync your running program with your race. Your 10K race should ideally line up with the last week of the 12-week running program. We can help tweak the timing of when you receive your weekly schedule so it lines up with your race - just hit us up via info@victorusrunning.com
